Product Exchange Policies (Returns)

Items may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.  We do not offer refunds.

Items must have original tags attached, must be unaltered, unworn and be returned in new condition with no damage to the garment's packaging.

Hemmed or soaked/washed denim may not be exchanged.

All Warehouse Sale discounted purchases are final sale.

All underwear sales are final sale, we cannot take back any underwear for exchange or store credit.

Products bought from the online store must be mailed back to our San Francisco store regardless of where they shipped from originally. Please email us for return instructions and the address.

Self Edge is not responsible for shipping fees on items that were purchased via the online store that are being exchanged for another size or for store credit. Only the initial shipping to you is free of charge, any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

Any order which has been submitted which is being cancelled before it’s been shipped incurs a non-refundable 5% payment processing c-comm fee. This is not our fee, this is the non-refundable processing fee we are charged for all orders which are submitted in our web-store. Orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, we ship most orders within 1 hour during business hours seven days a week.

 

Store Credit Policies

Store credit from the online store can be used in the online store or at Self Edge San Francisco, online store credit cannot be used at SENY, SELA, or SEPDX.

Store credits never expire.

 

Shipping Information

All orders in our online store are shipped within 24 hours, during business hours they are shipped within 1 hour.

All online orders shipped to America are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take 1 to 4 business days to arrive depending on your location.

International orders take 3 to 10 days to arrive anywhere in the world, any delay past 10 days would be caused by your local customs office. We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail, it’s quite fast and reliable and includes tracking. We have found that our international shipping method is fast, reliable, and affordable for any size order.
We ship to any country in the world and send many packages internationally, if you have any questions regarding your country in particular feel free to email us.

 

Shipping Charges

United States:
Orders over $250 ship for free, orders under $250 ship for $10

Canada:
Orders over $300 ship for free, orders under $300 ship for $35

International (outside of USA/CAN):
Orders over $500 ship for free, orders under $500 ship for $45

 

Please note the following characteristics of unsanforized raw/dry denim:

When washed, the denim will always shrink between 1.5" to 3" in length (inseam) and between 1" and 2.5" in waist size. Please keep this in mind when choosing your jean size.  Check the product page for the jean you're considering for exact shrinkage information.
