An Australian denim brand that was a Self Edge favorite during our earliest days in San Francisco, now revived as a Self Edge collaboration. Launched in the early ‘00s, Imperial was renowned for modern silhouettes produced with heritage-quality raw denim; back then, many of our customers’ first purchases were Imperial jeans. By 2016, the brand winded down, but stayed in touch with Self Edge. After some scheming, a plan to collaborate was made, and now, Imperial Denim is back, with contemporary styles made from custom Japanese denim.
