3sixteen is a menswear line headquartered in New York City's Lower East Side. Founded in 2003, the brand aims to create collections that demonstrate longevity in both design and construction, producing clothing that will hold up to extensive wear and remain relevant season after season. Their aesthetic is built upon utilitarian silhouettes from decades past that are updated with premium materials and modern fits. The majority of the collection is handsewn in America of the finest fabrics, ensuring that every piece has a compelling story to tell.
Beyond the garments, we here at Self Edge love the guys behind the label and their vision of the future; this is why we've chosen to bring a rare non-Japanese brand into our mix of labels which we represent.
3sixteen+ is an ongoing collaborative project between 3sixteen and Self Edge's Kiya Babzani.
Taking the Japanese ideology of leaving no detail untouched these two entities have come together to create a line which brings the Japanese otaku of denim and classic American styles to the western world. 3sixteen+ are working closely with small Japanese mills to create new denim and fabrics for these projects.
