This is a sterling silver and 18k gold pendant made with extreme attention to detail. This pendant consists of 5 pieces... the anvil body, an 18k gold bail, the link, and the 18k gold link detail. Each piece is cast or forged separately then assembled. Modeled after a Peter Wright anvil, the world's most storied anvil. Hallmarked on the side and bottom with a hand carved antique style intaglio stamp. The 18k gold bail made of square gold wire milgrained on two corners on a customized lathe then twisted to resemble a barber pole pattern then coiled to create the bail.
