For our 20th anniversary, we thought it was only appropriate to bring back the first collaboration we did 20 years ago. In 2006 we approached Iron Heart with the idea of recreating a very nice version of Hedi Slimane's 21cm jean, which Dior Homme was producing while he was the creative director there. This was two decades ago, a time when Iron Heart had yet to offer any slim jeans, and labels like Dior Homme were still fairly unknown to the masses. We made 100 pairs and released them at our only store which was in San Francisco; they were gone in 3 days. We're fully aware that a slim straight fit isn't what most of our clients are looking for twenty years later, but we've never let sales numbers get in the way of an interesting story.
