A new in-house developed fabric in Flat Head's line-up is this left hand twill Zimbabwe cotton denim. This clocks in at 14.5oz, is unsanforized (but rinsed), for maximum fading capabilities. These jeans will look very good after some wear as the denim breaks in.

You can have your jeans hemmed with a vintage Union Special Chainstitching Machine at Self Edge. Enjoy the same look found on vintage jeans and all jeans from our Japanese manufacturers by retaining the chainstitched hem by having your jeans hemmed by us on our vintage Union Special 43200g Chainstitching machine.
With a chainstitch your hem will form a beautiful roping effect over time due to the opposite pull of denim during regular wear and washing/shrinking. Wabi-Sabi Indeed.
