These glasses come with photochromic lenses. They darken automatically during the day outdoors but when you enter a building or a darker area the lenses lighten up to near clear so no need to remove your glasses indoors or in dark places, especially good for driving.
NOTE: These frames come with tinted lenses but are prescription grade frames, many people have the tinted lenses taken out and have prescription lenses (tinted or clear) put in. Your local optometrist can easily fit common lenses into these frames.
