Samurai Herringbone Tropical Weather Dobby Shirt
$398.00

This unique work shirt is crafted from a 100% cotton dobby loom-woven herringbone twill, an original fabric developed by Samurai. It features natural nut fiber buttons, triple-stitch construction for durability, and elbow patches, ensuring it's built for long-term wear. The fabric has been rinsed for immediate comfort.
Samurai developed this fabric by analyzing military fabrics from over half a century ago, originally designed for tropical regions, and combining that research with Japan's unique weaving technology. The result is a fabric similar to a Panama weave, with slub yarn and a mesh-like texture that provides exceptional breathability and comfort in warmer weather. The fabric's gauge was meticulously manipulated at Samurai's Banshu factory, the only mill in Japan with the century-old technology capable of producing this enhanced version of an already proven textile.
