Made exclusively for our 20th anniversary, this special edition of Flat Head’s Delraiser jacket is produced from 1.3mm Shinki horsehide at Flat Head’s own Stockburg leather workshop in Nagano, Japan. The semi-aniline tea-core finish preserves the leather’s natural character while allowing a rich patina to develop with wear. Custom details include darker tonal stitching, dark brown buttons, and rare vintage Flat Head shuttle loom woven houndstooth flannel lining in different colors depending on size. Every element of this jacket, from the original Flat Head zippers to the deerskin-backed sleeve gussets, reflects the meticulous construction and attention to detail that have made Flat Head leather jackets so highly coveted.
We feel that the ultimate version of a classic "D Pocket" horsehide jacket is produced by Flat Head. From the Shinki horsehide to the perfect fit to the way this leather ages over time; they've put everything into this jacket. Our version of this D Pocket jacket is a slightly toned down version from the original design as we've removed the belt, belt loops, and epaulets for a more minimal look.
