Rigards is an independent eyewear line known for its artisanal approach and unconventional materials. Founded by Ti Kwa, the brand merges avant-garde aesthetics with traditional craftsmanship. Each pair of Rigards glasses is handmade, using uncommon materials like copper, horn, and wood. All Rigards eyewear is handmade in Hong Kong in their own studio, located in Sheung Wan. They are from what I know the only full fledged eyewear line in the world making their own frames in-house in a studio which only makes frames for them.

It uses 15oz BONCOURA Ikemen denim, woven on vintage shuttle looms and rope dyed exclusively with 100% natural indigo to achieve depth, vibrancy, and long-term aging character that only reveals itself through wear. Unlike skein-dyed natural indigo, BONCOURA committed to rope dyeing to preserve a white yarn core, allowing strong contrast and defined fades over time. The silhouette is slightly wider with a mid to high rise and straight leg.

Period-correct details include deliberately omitted coin pocket rivets, newly designed iron donut buttons, and intentionally irregular back pockets that reflect the realities of mass production during the era. …is here. This denim is an Iron Heart developed 17oz selvedge denim made of 100% organic cotton which has been dyed using natural indigo. The natural indigo gives these a unique shade which can only be achieved by rope dying the warp yarns in a natural indigo bath. The process of natural indigo dying is costly and takes more time than synthetic indigo dying, that coupled with the fact that these are made of a medium staple organic cotton makes these a great buy for the price. Get em now at all stores.
