Star of Hollywood was a brand that existed in the 1950's, they were known for some extremely outlandish designs that put them on the map for anybody looking for original patterns. They worked closely with mills to produce styles of printed fabrics which became their trademarks. Diamonds and tarantulas were two of their trademarks (not on the same shirt).
Toyo Enterprises have bought the license to the Star of Hollywood brand name and is doing reproductions of their favorite pieces.
