Product Exchange Policies (Returns)
- Items may be returned within 10 days for an exchange or store credit.
- Items must have original tags attached and must be unaltered and unworn.
- Hemmed or soaked/washed denim may not be exchanged.
- All sales of jewelry and discounted items are final.
- Products bought from the online store can be exchanged in person at Self Edge San Francisco, but not at Self Edge New York.
- Self Edge is not responsible for shipping fees on items that were purchased via the online store that are being exchanged for another size or for store credit. Only the initial shipping to you is free of charge, any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
Store Credit Policies
- Store credit from the online store can be used in the online store or Self Edge San Francisco, online store credit cannot be used in our New York City location.
- Store credit from Self Edge New York can only be used at Self Edge New York.
- Store credits from SESF, SENY, and the online store never expire.
Shipping Information
Please note the following characteristics of unsanforized raw/dry denim:
When washed, the denim will always shrink between 1.5" to 3" in length (inseam) and between 1" and 2.5" in waist size. Please keep this in mind when choosing your jean size.
